The 9/11 Unity Walk is a special event that works to unite a wide spectrum of faith groups, with community, service and advocacy organizations in an effort to promote the exchange of religious, cultural and ethnic dialogue in a response to the effects of 9/11.

The goal of the walk is to bring diverse groups together based on a collective refusal to be divided on the basis of religion, ethnicity or race. By recognizing the need to honor our ever-growing pluralistic societies, the 9/11 Unity Walk strengthens cross-cultural, religious and ethnic understanding, with the supreme hope of promoting reconciliation, compassion and peace.
